Does anyone know if writing Capital One via Planetfeedback no longer has the same effect it used to? I always wrote to Mr. Cooke via PFB every six months for a credit limit increase on my Mastercard and I always got one with a day or two. This month I can ask again and I did, but more than two weeks ago and nothing, no e-mail or letter denying me for an increase, nothing. Anyone know of anything up with Capital One that I may not be aware of? Thanks.
NOBODY EVER SAID IT WAS 24 HOURS TO AN ANSWER!!! Some have NEVER got an answer...because he CAN'T do what you want... Many have waited weeks...even a month or more... He probably puts them in baskets that have PRIORITY ONE...PRIORITY TWO...PRIORITY THREE...PRIORITY MAYBE/MAYBE NOT
Ok George...I never said I EXPECTED an answer in a day...just that I had always gotten one in that small amount of time. Geez. Maybe I was lucky. I wasn't complaining...just asking.
