i would not recomend that company to my worst enemy. customer service sucks mr eugene cook sucks. he told me capital one will not remove late pays after i pay account in full. just checked my experian report shocked and pissed to find 1 60 day late because i didnt pay the minimum due so they report me to the bureaus i am so hot right now i dont know what to do anyone offer any advice or just want to vent too i sent pfb to tell them how i really feel
They are under NO OBLIGATION to remove any late payments... Paying in full does not erase the LATE PAYMENTS
hey george i know that payment in full does not mean a deletion but i read here on this board that some have been succesful through pfb i will take the hit on the late payments but their customer service and cooke can kiss my ass
