Does anyone be approved Capital One Classic card with 9.99% APR?Now on their website Capital One Plainum and Classic have the same terms ; 0% APR until Mar 2001 then 9.99% fixed APR.My friend applied month ago and was told her APR would be 19.99%.They pulled all three CRA's.

Their website says no such thing. Go to Classic card section, Important Disclosures. The APR for the Classic is still 19.8%

I take it back. At least promo-wise, you're right.

While this won't be the first time they set a higher-than-advertised APR, this is certainly the first time I've seen them offer a Classic card w/ no annual fee.

Anyone interested, use this shorter link: http://apply2.capitalone.com/2839/1-35/index.jsp

They do pull all 3 ... Chase sometimes pulls both Experian and Equifax.
