Hello again, First let me thank Saar for his great advice (as usual). I called Capital One again and this representative took me through the combination process. She told me they just add the balances together. My only problem is she told me it takes 48 hours to get an approval. She also mentioned that it could take up to 7 days for an answer. I appreciate that Capital One has extended me credit. But I have been with them for 9 months and always pay much more than the minimum balance. I feel like everytime I call I get a different answer. They tell you what you want to hear to keep your account. Then when you call in later to cash in on their promise, they tell you something else.
