Hi <-----Newbie here. I was wondering, when you call Cap One Exec Offices is that for a goodwill adjustment on late payments, or deleting from your report all together? I have a capone cc on my report that was pastdue for 90 days. I paid it in full with income money but they are still reprting as a negative account. If they could change the late payments to current I would be satisfied, but since the account is closed I doubt they will. I would like to get it deleted all together. What should I do. If I send a goodwill or delete letter where should I send it too?? PS: Also having the same problem with bank of America. HELP!!! PLEASE!!!
