   Does anyone have a contact name, and or address for sending a goodwill letter to Capital One? I don't really want to send it to customer relations if I don't have to. Has anyone ever had success with a goodwill letter to capital one?

   I had good luck with capital one removing a 30 day late by calling them directly. It helps if you still have an active account with them as they can see some benefit to them to be nice to you. Just tell them the truth and panit as good a picture as you can.
