How long is their requirement in between increases?
I cant remember if it was 3, 4, or 6 months.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jamee,

The exec. offices told me 6 months. My last increase was about 4 months after receiving one however.

They say 6 months, but their internal system seems to score each person by how they use their account and maybe on the account reviews?
The reason I say this is that I received a $1,000 increase via the automated system. I believe it was about 1 week later, I called regarding a rate decrease. I was transferred to what I believe was retention who stated that my current apr was the lowest they could offer (sure, right), but he gave me another $1,000 increase. I thought he made a mistake, but both increases posted to my account quickly.

Capital One is hard to figure out, but I am happy with my account right now. I am shooting for the no hassles Platinum in several months via Customer Advocate dept. I have had my account for 3 years.
