My husband has had Capital One since March, 1999. They are showing on his CR as 2 times 30 days late. Any advice or success stories on how to get these removed????
My husband had a Cap 1 late payment which I just recently disputed with CRA as never late and it was updated with all 3 CRA to say pays as agreed/never late. Have you tried just disputing with CRAs? If you already did this and it didn't work, do the goodwill letter. Good luck!
