Hi I have an old joint Capt one acct from 1995 ready to fall off tu and equif. in 8/2002 the Sol has long past. I also had a Cap one charge off in my name only from 10/99. If I try to call Mr Cooke to resolve /settle etc the card from 1999 do you think Capitol one will try to come collect the joint acct. ? I am being a chicken *hit I just don't want to open a can of worms since I can't afford to make arragements on both acct. but I don't want to wait and have this acct from 1999 go into collections/judgements etc Any words of encouragements or advice would be appriciated Thanks Sbdmom
