Its seems that Capital One are no longer interested in hearing from us via Planet Feedback - Here was their response to a message submitted earlier this morning:

    -----------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for contacting Capital One.

We have read your email and understand that you have multiple concerns. We will be happy to assist you; however, we are unable to do so via e-mail.
Please call our Customer Relations Department at 1-800-955-7070 (1-804-747-7200 if you are overseas). Our representatives are available 24 hours every day for your convenience.

Since regular electronic correspondence is not a secure method of contacting us and we wish to protect the integrity of your account information, Capital One prefers to discuss personal and account-specific questions by telephone rather than by e-mail. We assure you that all other electronic contact with us such as viewing your statements and making a payment is secure.

We value you as a Capital One customer and hope you will reconsider your decision to end our financial relationship.

    Sincerely,

    A. Reed

Exactly. And I got this too. This is on the thread entitled "Avoid Capital One". This is a terrible creditor. They flat out stink.

    So true.

I thought they were a total waste of time too, however as others on here have had good results via PFB thought it was worth a go.

My response to them is probably going to be significantly shorter, although I might print the letter and mail this to them and see what objection they have to USPS.

I got a nice $1200 CLI from them at the end of October via PFB. Guess I got in just in time.
