Exactly. And I got this too. This is on the thread entitled "Avoid Capital One". This is a terrible creditor. They flat out stink.
So true. I thought they were a total waste of time too, however as others on here have had good results via PFB thought it was worth a go. My response to them is probably going to be significantly shorter, although I might print the letter and mail this to them and see what objection they have to USPS.
