    How long does it take for someone from the Exec Office to respond to PFB letter?

    I need to ask a question. I keep seeing people mentioning "PFB" letters-can someone please explain what these letters are?

    I just applied for the no hassle card and was deied i sent them a planet letter in the form of a question..Asked them to reconsider there decision.
