Doesn't always work...you'll occasionally be connected with an actual person when trying the "request credit line increase" prompt (which OP doesn't want). EDIT: found that other phone number: 1-800-448-2318...not sure if that's a different number than what's on the back of your card (it's different than what's on mine)
SOMEBODY SAID THE "PROMPT" only works if you ask for the balance...payments...next due date...etc FIRST...then you will get the PROMT on the next set of PROMPTS!!!
it worked!! they asked for account number then zip then last 4 ssn and offered $100 on my and dh cards tried it for his secured card and put me thru to a person. well at least we got something. by the way his secured card we got in 98 it was 49.00 its been almost 5 years now will they keep his deposit forever or will they give it back to us someday?? cherek88
