I had a capital one card it has been charged off. 465 was charged off but it shows recent balance of 503 as of 8/2001. Now I would like to work something out with capital one and get my card back but the orgianal card was secured and 200. I owe almost 3x's that amount. Does anyone have any suggestions as how I can get back in their good graces but not pay all that late fees? Please help. eq 617, tu 503 why? ex 581 down 3 pts.
use planetfeedback.com write to them and tell them what you'd like to do, and that you'd like to reestablish a relationship with them. the executive office will contact you and work something out. If you had a one time trouble, then it's likely they'll help you with some of the fees, a payment plan, and make certain to tell them you really want to have a relationship with them... they're reasonable people. Accept responsibility, but ask for help. They're really nice.
