Okay so after 2 months, I requested an increase and got $100 in 2 days. whoopie. Again. At 4 months, i've requested an increase. She told me "We'll let you know within 7 days, and we're sorry, by increasing your security deposit at this time it would not raise your limit" bah. I'll keep you updated
RE: Capital One Secured _ part To my complete shock, Cap One gave me a $600 increase for a $1000 limit this week. That's after 2 years ($50 security deposit). I'm should hear shortly whether my $5000 limit Visa ($2700 security deposit) will be unsecured or the limit increased after _5_ years. I wrote 3 weeks ago to request it once again.
How long for results? I assume you use their online site, How long does it take for their decision from date of request to date of (online) increase?
RE: How long for results? I wrote them by snail mail. It usually takes 3 weeks for them to refuse my requests. I didn't ask for the increase I received. Cap One is hard to figure out.
