Yesterday i called cap1 to combine my 2 accounts they tried everything to try and keep me from doing so.When they offered me a 500 credit line increase on one of my accounts i folded and accepted.Why does cap 1 hate it when you try to combine accounts?How long does it take for the credit line increase to appear on the online account?Thanks
Of course they want you to retain both. Two cards mean two annual fees. You got an increase, but you should still call them to combine. Saar
