has anyone worked with someone from capital one to reestablish a chargeoff account or deal with them to delete. in other words im looking for a contact within the company.
Re: Re: capital one OK I had no luck with that web site. is there an 800 number any work # of Mr Cooke that you can post or email to me.
Re: Re: capital one No one probably will, because as George said the recommended procedure is to send him a letter thru PFB. He will respond to you by phone, and then will probably INVITE you to call him directly. Cneters have learned that posting some phone numbers "kills a good source" once it is overused.
Re: Re: capital one Hi Jlynn. As Jlynn said no. probably won't be posted. Also the chances of C.One deleting a chargeoff are non-existent, even if you named your firstborn after them. Best I got offered was an R5 which ended up on equifax being worse than an R9. You might keep disputing it. By some miracle on eq mine diappeared and reappeared as a positive because of the age and they put n/a for status instead of R9. One of the bizarre things the cras do that finally helped me.
