I would apply for the classic. Worst thing that could happen is a decline, and they refer you to the secured. I applied for the secured first, then the classic a few months later and qualifed for both. I wish I'd saved my $49 and went straight to the classic. I have a settled charge of on my c/r, and a relatively low income, if that helps.
