I just got my platinum card in the mail and wish to thank the people on the board who provided the info on the consumer advocate office. What a difference a little authority makes.

Re: Capital One Platinum I had 4 personal and 1 business card combined, 900 dollar line increase but the best part is that 9.9 fixed rate. I've got about a 3500 balance so I'm going to save a ton of interest.
