I have a problem, I just pulled my Equifax and Capital One did an AR. The problem is this, I have never had or even have a Capital One card. Should I let them have it or just wait for the fall out? The date listed in 3/14/2003

Let em have it. Geez, if we are one day late its $29, why should they get a break?

I have the perfect letter. Something like give me $1000 for accessing my information right now. The strange thing is that I opted out for offers a couple of weeks before that.

Its still an invasion of privacy and illegal. If you are in California, this is a $2500 violation.

I don't use form letters. I am very direct and to the point. This is on my credit report you pulled on 3/14/03, pay me for violating and beat it.
