Well hi everyone, I took some advice from here and sent the aforementioned Consumer Advocate at CapOne an e-mail from PFB. I was quite surprised to receive a phone call at my home at 7:45 A.M. the next day. Unfortunately I was already at work but I did call CapOne a little later. The very nice gentleman I spoke with(name above) had already reviewed my accounts and increased my CL's by darn near double. Whoo-hoo and thank you all for the short cut. Platinum here I come!!!!!!
