   i am considering filing a bankruptcy in the next few weeks, and my car is falling apart. about how long after a bk do i have to wait till i can buy a new car?

   I just bought a car 3 months after my chapter 7 discharged was approved for $21,000 though got a car for half the cost due to the interest rate. Just be prepared it will be high
