Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Car Loan? BTW, Can you also buy on this plan or do you have to lease. I'm not at all excited about getting into a new lease!
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Car Loan? All I can say is watch your sunday newspapers. I've been watching them for several months. Every now and then a local car dealership would advertise they could get anyone financed...or they would pay you $100-$500 for "wasting your time". I'm not sure if these are regular practices or specials or what. I took advantage of the one advertised by GMAC two sunday's ago because in the fine print they actually had a minimum fico score listed which was helpful. Good luck! Luke
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Car Loan? I think I had the option of buying also. They told me what my maximum monthly payment could be and I chose to lease. Luke
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Car Loan? Cool. I'm actually losing sleep over this. I don't know what kind of car to get and where to go to get financed. Some people say get financed first and then go pick out a car. My biggest considerations are safety and size. I need space. Then I don't know if I should buy an inexpensive car and not have a payment or take my chances on getting financed and get what I really want right now. So many things to think about! Well, I'm giving myself until May 1 so my CR may look slightly better by then and then I'll go from there. Thanks for all the advice.
