Anyone have any idea who will refinance a high car loan we kept through our BK, the payment is over 500 now or what would be the best let it go back and get new car? Thanks any info would be helpful... any lender names would help as well Thanks again

You can let it go at any time, it's really not going to matter, if it's inlcluded in bankruptcy. Just call the lender, and they will pick the car up, and the law states you basically have no liabliity for mileage/damage, etc.

Fireside and A&L are the two lenders I use to finance those with BK/repo issues. You might want to meet with a the Director of a Finance Department to see about getting started on the qualification process.
