You need to quit applying, straighten out the issues with your credit, (ie dispute, validate), then when your scores are a bit higher, re-evaluate.

To be honest, you probably won't get any furniture cards with those scores. Rooms to go comes to mind but they are pretty picky never the less.

    #1. Quit applying
#2. Get your reports, and figure out whats wrong
#3. See #1 for 6 months. Inquiries will KILL your scores fast.

that is the thing I have not applied for anything in the last year but eqifax shows the bank accounts that I applied for...I have not applies for any credit cards in a couple of years...and eq will not take of inq. all the other creditors show maybe 2 or 3 in the past 2 years...

Okay. So whats the reason for your scores so low? You have derogs? Collections? 500's are pretty hard to get unless you have something Seriously wrong on your report.

yes I have cards that are not paid off...not in collections still with the current companies just not paid and showing charged off...one good visa still current and paying good but I have 3...that are charged off..since last year. I have no collections on any reports...one car loan paid off but showing 30 days late one time.

It's very unlikely that you will get much(if any) store cards with recent charge-offs.

You need to deal with those issues, either pay them off for deletion, or dispute them away.

I tried a few furniture cards with a 650 score and still got denied due to 6 year old charge-off.

How do I get them to delete if I agree to pay...I do not want to pay the full amount most of these cards original debt was 200 500 300 now they want 900 700 500. I think that is too much. got any suggestions.
