Gulf States? I think there are a bunch. If its on your credit report, you can call the CRA and they will have it. If not go to: www.collector.com Click on Roster, CA members, and Advanced Search. Edit - the CRA probably won't have a fax, but once you get the right office you can go to the link and alot have their fax numbers there.
