I had requested an investigation from Equ. I checked online and the collection from Sprint, which Gulf State is handling is now gone, but now there is a collection for AT& T that OSI is handling, now I did have a collection about 5 years back but Nationwide credit was handling that, now my ? is when collection agencies sell your account to others does the account number remain the same? The old AT& T account number does not match the supposed new one, but the Sprint acct. with Gulf State is similar to the OSI for AT&T. I know from reading about those to companies that they are the same. I am just wondering possibly what could be going on, if other people have had similar problems.
