I have never had this problem! Not sure how to handle it... Can someone lead me down the right path???

I have sent an Estoppel letter CRR 9/18/2001. I have disputed it twice with TU and they have verified it.

I have copies of ALL of the letters and CRR's.

WHAT do I do Next ?????????

    Thanks

huh what??? I am confused. You disputed an account twice and they verified it. I am assuming that you have proof that they are reporting the account incorrectly . You sent an Estoppell and now want to know how to proceed.... it this it???

I want to get it off of my CR! What do I have to do next? Go after the CRA's or the CA's??? And how do I go after them (specific's please) ??

Yes... I have sent the Validation letter (no response) then I sent an Estoppel letter. STILL no response!! LAST... I disputed it with the CRA's and they keep verfing the account!! What do I do next to get it off of my CR???

What is the reason you are disputing.... if you owe the $ and just want it off your cr you can negotiate a settlment for removal. If they are verfying and you have proof that the account is reporting wrong, and they did not respond to estoppel.... then you must proceed. DId you send validation letters to ca and they responded??? with proof (your signature) of the account???

seems like you must follow up with cra, since ca failed to respond to validation and estoppel. You have to send them copies of your letters, along with your crrr's and say that since the ca cannot prove the account.. they must remove. Also how is cra verifying if ca isn't responding??? call cra asking how they verifed account ( follow up in writing) when you speak to them, let them know that there is a problem..... see what they say. CRA is not verifying ( probably) you may have to sue, but you definitley seem to have enough to move it off your report.
