CA's hate well informed consumers!

    OK. Well now that we have the validation letter and process all figured out the next question becomes what to do after validation.

    Many posters seem to be in agreement that the estoppel letter comes after validation. And in another thread it was pretty well agreed that it is dumb and stupid and off the wall and out to lunch.

    So why would we recommend that it be sent other than the fact that we know from past experience that it does work sometimes and gets a deletion.

    1*After getting a letter like that which guides them around the pitfalls and instructs them in the proper way to handle the matter in order to best protect their interest they would be fools to do otherwise.

    2*Bout all he can do is self treet for gunshot wound in foot.

    Hope the poster hasn't sent the CA that letter .
