Thanks to a post by Marie I found a site that took me to Oregon Rules governing Collection Agencies, which states they must Validate within 20 days of consumer's reguest or face fines of $400.00 for a first offense and fines of $1,000 for each offense thereafter! To date none of my validation requests have been answered, not even second requests, which I started sending out last year. A very big thanks Marie! tml
