I am trying to find a recent case I believe in So. Carolina or North Carolina maybe in the June through August time frame or there abouts. Where the Court ruled that if the CA or OC produced documents they must be the original contract/documents etc. Or they have no case.. Can anybody point me in the right direction?? Or similar case law.
