What is a good site to research case law? I see so many great references quoted on this board. Where are you all doing your research?

Also, where can I go and find out how many times a specific OC has been sued, by whom, outcome, etc?

My small claims case is being heard on the 16th! I want to be ready!

    Hi Lady & Lisa,

I didn't forget you. I just got slammed soon after we talked.

On the following site you'll find important cases to begin your study.

Hit the link that says "case law"

Cushman Vs. TU, is a good case.

That said: I know Lady is newer and want to stress the importance of studying FCRA and FDCPA first. Otherwise case law will blow your mind.

    LOL
