I found this case, I am experiencing some similarity in regards to TU and eq reporting an acct that is inaccurate and unverifable. didn't like the outcome with this case though. is anyone dealing with similar issues with TU or eq I want to get a class action started. http://www.tourolaw.edu/2ndCircuit/june95/94-7547.html
my issues do not relate to CS but to inaccurate reporting, unlike this plaintiff I do have alot evidence against the OC and the CRA to prove my allegations. is anyone experiencing a similar situation that the CRA refuse to delete an inaccurate acct?
Casella is a good case for showing why you need damages, not just violations. Required for a finding of negligent non-compliance. Sassy
