I have an account that is currently with a lawfirm that is local althugh the account itself is with Cavalry. I requested DV and got all my statements and signed contracts. I have managed somehow to get this off two of my three reports. I just got a letter that says if I don't pay or arrange payment within 10 days they are going to sue. The account is for several thousand dollars. I do have the money to pay this. I want it deleted though. If I write a check for the full amount and put on the memo line 'by cashing this check you agree to delete/cease verification of this accout to 3 credit reporting agencies and write a letter that includes the check number and states that by cashing the check they agree to remove any/all inquiries and tradelines and cease verification will this stand up in court if they don't delete? Anyone have a really good pay for delete type letter or any exp with Cavalry? Help
