Has anyone ever had a derog removed by them? They are the CA on a car repo I had from 6 years ago and I'm thinking about doing the letter writing thing to have them validate the account. But I don't know if they have all the required info or anything about them.

Re: Re: Cavalry Investments??? I'm considering getting a PO box and having them send the info there. If they don't have the info then I can easily dispute it. If they have all the documents then they will know my address and can take me to court. It would not be good a few months before a wedding and at a time I'm supposed to buy a home.
