Anyone ever hear of them? It seems to be a collection agency but CB stands for Credit Bureau of Fairbault. It was placed 11/95 which will be 7 years in 2 months, but TU keeps "verifying" when I dispute as OBSOLETE. I would think that if it's listed as placed 11/95 that the date of first delinquency would be before 11/95 and therefore should come off NOW! I've disputed online (TU) twice, should I do it in writing. Any advice guys? This is my last "baddie" on TU. Thanks
I would do it in writing I would also contact the furnisher, and notify them that they need to delete the account since it is obsolete!
