Hi guys. My sister is a junior in college and has one credit card. A Capital One with an interest of 19.8%. She also has a car loan through Mazda. She would like to build her credit, but the interest rates on the college cards are extremely high. Is there a credit card or charge card you would suggest to help her build additonal credit? Her credit is good with no lates or judgements. Thanks for your help. Dani
How about the Amex credit card for college students? It starts at 16.99 APR with a 25 day grace period and Amex is always nice to have.
Citibank also has a college student card (Driver's Edge) which has an intro 9.99% apr for 6 months. You can apply right on their website. good luck Chet
