How about the Amex credit card for college students? It starts at 16.99 APR with a 25 day grace period and Amex is always nice to have.
Citibank also has a college student card (Driver's Edge) which has an intro 9.99% apr for 6 months. You can apply right on their website.
Discover offers a card for students also. The intro offer is 0% for the first 5 months. Then the APR goes up to 17.99%. I have a link on my site if you want to take a look.
