Target is VERY bk friendly. I know alot of people from this board aswell as friends that have gotten Target out of BK. You may only get a $200.00 line to start out but it is a start. Just my two cents
Target was BK friendly to me. I only got a $200 cl and was 6 yrs out of BK. Their visa is not BK friendly per their Customer service dept.
That is weird since that is the only reason they gave me on my denial letter. Maybe I caught them on a bad day or it's UYJF (stolen from GEORGE). My only regret was wasting an inquiry knowing that $200.00 is the usual cl that they "treat" their customers to. I was just looking for a retail card to throw into the RNG.
How long has it been since your discharge? I have heard not to apply before 4 months after discharge.
I beg to differ with you folks! I had an 9 yr old BK7 AND a 4 yr old BK13 with a temporarily inflated (items in dispute) EQ score of 654 and got a Target Visa 700 CL, online - immediate approval!
