Ok, on my equifax cr, firstpremiere is charged off as bad debt/ collection but also they have me late 28times; 7months in 2008 which i know is wrong because this account DOLA was in 06' open 05'. 12times in 07 and like i said DOLA is 06'. Howdo i remove this neg. As of right now it came back verified. I know I hadn't received a bill or anything in the last 21/2 years so how could i be late in 06' 07' and 08'. SOL in my state is 3yrs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking at my FICO Credit Report for Equifax. I recently ordered all three credit reports from myfico.com. All but one is showing lates. Transunion is showing no lates, experian is showing i was late 26 times and equifax is showing 28times. But this particular account DOLA is in 06' and they have all these lates in 07' and 08' which I have received no documentation of any amount owed what so ever. Is this legal for them to report false listings on my report and How do i get these negs off.
