CCB sent me a preapproved offer a month or so ago. I accepted it online but when they asked for phone number verification PLUS I got Fleet, I ditched them (despite the inquiry they had caused me). Noticed that a month after the hard inq, they pulled a soft one. I guess they're wondering why I never replied. Huh...
