Hey, hope no one else has posted this and if I'm duplicating, I apologize. In hubby's statement today, CCB had a Notice of Pendency and Settlement of Class Action and Settlement Hearing. Anyways, it applies to ongoing cardholders, former paid-off cardholders. They gave him a choice of $125 credit line increase/no charge or $30 annual fee credit paid over 4 years ($7.50). I just received my bill today but didn't get a change to open it. Is this pertaining to all acct holders?
