Well, looks like I will be filing and my waiting for the statements and original application were for naught. I spoke with CCB tonight and apparently they either don't have the original application and last four statements of the account, or its too much effort for them to find them. They applied my $15.00 check for these to the balance on the account...lol. I faxed a copy of the complaint to Mr. Abessinio and if I don't hear from someone by Friday, will be filing. Geez...don't these people ever learn? All they have to do is follow what the law says. I don't understand why they wouldn't want to resolve an error on their part as quickly as possible. I must have spoken with 20 people tonight and each of them gave me different information and/or simply suggested something I have already done. Ah well...wish me luck L
