Has anyone heard this bull hockey from CROOKS COUNTRY BANK, "THE COMPUTER ADDED THE FEE AND WON'T ALLOW US TO TAKE IT OFF" Therefore you will have to pay the FEE. This is a week after they told the customer that the error was CCB's computer, it read an input wrong. Talk about a bold face lie. This bunch of unethical, morons must think we're all idiots. I told the customer to close out their accounts with CCB. Because there the biggest bunch of CROOKS IN THE CARD BUSINESS. Their customer service department is the worst bunch of morons ever collect in one place.
The DE Bank Commission and the FDIC seem to do a good job of helping out with CCB's computer problems...
That's some computer they have. It must also not "allow" Cross Country to correct its billing errors.
Your rite Len, they have the only computer in the world that will not clear up it's errors. This is a special computer programed only make mistakes, their computer operator is a jerk named Anal, him and Rocco are lovers. Their Customer Service service personel are their offspring, that's why there all anal retented.
Ok, now I have had problems with computers before, but I have never had a computer put numbers in by itself. If it did, it would be going out the window. Now, I have had PowerPoint not save before and deleted things would return or slides that had been moved would go back to their original slots, but NEVER put something there that wasn't there before!! You would think they could come up with a more believable story than that!!!!!!!!!!!!
