I have a question regarding resetting SOL? In 2004 I signed up with CCCS (FL) to get my cr back in shape. I signed their paperwork and entered the debt management program. I made my first payment (last payment) and then decide the $30 fee for debt management could payoff debts faster. Since I was on the 4 year program. Here's the problem - Did I reset the SOL by making that payment? I haven't started disputing/DV those accounts because I don't want to be sued... Get this - they would drop mid 2006. What should I do?
