So the CA needs to give me validation and I will send the letter certified mail, correct? Then once I get them I will check them out, make sure they are ours, which I am sure most are. Then what attack do I use for dispute, lol...So if they are reporting wrong I will dispute that. I know that my CR says seriously delinquent or unpaid. Most of the Unpaid our nearing the 6 years.
