I was discussing my financial woes at work today with a co-worker. Citi just obtained a judgement against her and wage garnishment begins next week. Amount owed 5000.00. Another co-worker chimed in stating that Cap1 obtained Judgement and will begin garnishment at the end of November. Amount owed 1400.00. I was shocked. She is very old, legally blind and is on dialysis 3x per week. Cruel!!! If any one has had recent Judgements from CC's could you list the company and amount? I think there a lot of us here debating walking away, but are worried about who obtains J's and who doesn't Thanks Coral Citi 5000.00 Cap1 1400.00
