After disputing online with EXP's CE, you get the "we've-already-investigated-it" message...

How long does it take for this "flag" to expire? Is it permanent (meaning, I having to dispute via snail mail or phone)?

    Re-phrase the ?

I'm thinking my question was originally asked in a confusing way for anyone to understand...

    Let me describe the situation...

    - I dispute an account online via Experian's Credit Expert twice with the same results.

    - I attempt to dispute for the 3rd time and CE gives me the following message:

    - My question...How long do I have to wait before this "flag" drops and allows me to continue online disputes?

    - Will I get this message FOREVER? This means that I can only dispute either via phone or snail mail.

Doesn't EX respond this way via snail mail also? While disputing a couple of years ago, I remember receiving a mailed response saying the same thing.

You may have to mail a letter DEAMNDING they re-re-reinvestigate. What does it say when you "click here" if you have new information?

Javan - It gives you an address to send the new information. TU allows you to dispute over and over. JCP fell off on the third attempt. Wonder if that counts for new information??
