I've had CE since December - NEVER got an email update like they say they send. Tonight I open my email and there one is! Says an important change has been made... so I mosey on over to CE and check it out. Well, my score is exactly the same for the last week, my little graph is now missing and according to the monitor report, nothing is different. I wish CE would get their act together........ Ozzy.

I got two of them today and didn't have any changes. I think they are way out of date. We're probably getting notices about things that changed weeks ago.
Yes I noticed their alerts came some time after the updates were actually made. I had three cards update in the past two-three weeks, and just recd 3 alert e-mails yesterday. Last month I think the alerts came only a few days after the updates were made.
