CE Question

    I have tried to check my credit report on CE for the past few days. It lets me see my score, but EVERY time I try to view my report, it says "Your session is no longer active". I am not timing out because it happens ALL the time.

    ANyone else have this problem, and if so...what do I do about it ?

    Try clearing the cache in your browser. Good luck.

    Tried that...Didn't work. ANy other suggestions? IS this common?

    I had that problem if I don't totally sign out and sign back in to view another report...if you hit back on your browser and then try to sign in, that's when I get that message. So I view my report and then totally 'x' outa there and then log back in to see my hubby's report.

    What OS are you using? What version of IE? I would make sure your IE allows cookies.. if its XP, then I have my IE set to 'accept all' so no blocking.. you can navigate to the menu by going to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy Tab, Accept all Cookies..

    This is correct. When you get to the score page, "Logout" of that page, then close your browser and start over. This has happened to me. Just make sure you "logout" of the score page AND the credit report page every single time.
