There is one inquiry that it just won't show up as disputed.. anyone hve this problem? Is there a limit that if it DOES come back verified, they don't let u dispute it again ever? Or is there a # of days limit?
I'm not sure, I've had an item come back as verified (On the credit report # it's disputing 2 items, the other is still pending). So I pulled a new report and redisputed with that number, CE is showing it as pending. Then again, it's only been verified once. How many times have you tried to dispute it?
I've had exp flat out refuse to investigate a dispute... the one I disputed was for a duplicate entry- same debt, same company giving it two different account numbers... how could this not be wrong??? They said it was transferred between departments at the company and that was a perfectly valid reason for two entries to appear - TG both will come off in September anyway. i would call and ask why they will not investigate.
Well i hae no idea if its a refusal to dispute agian or not.. basically i dispute ONLINE via CE.. then after hitting YES toconfirm.. and seeing the page, it doesn't say 'dispute in progress' whereas all the other ones do.. very peculiar.
